Our Service
- OpeninApp provides a smart link generator and related tools that allow Users to create shortened, trackable links () which open directly within the destination app rather than a browser wherever possible, in order to improve the experience for the people who click them.
- The Services also include a link-in-bio page builder, deep linking, and an analytics dashboard that shows Users metrics such as clicks, traffic sources, locations, and other performance data relating to their Smart Links.
- OpeninApp may add, modify, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time, including free or paid tools, without prior notice, and without any liability to Users for such changes.
Becoming a Member
- If You are a natural person, (i) as a condition to Your use of the Platform, You must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older; and (ii) by visiting the Platform or accepting these Terms and Conditions, You represent and warrant to OpeninApp that You are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older, and that You have the right, authority and capacity to use the Platform and agree to and abide by these Terms and Conditions; provided however that if You are a parent or legal guardian of a person younger than 18 (eighteen) years of age, You are permitted to access and use the Platform for the purposes of procuring the Services, on behalf of such persons.
- You must register for the Service using accurate and current information about yourself, including your correct name, email address, and any other requested details. You should keep this information updated through your Account.
- Generation, collection and dissemination of is in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, as amended from time to time, and allied rules, and requires the UserI agree with Terms and Policy we will be sending you important messages there. Subscriptions and Payment
- OpeninApp offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans unlock additional usage limits and features, as described on the Site at the time of purchase.
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by OpeninApp.
- OpeninApp reserves the right to change the fees for any subscription plan. Any fee change will apply from your next billing cycle and will be communicated to you in advance.
Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use the Services to create, share, or distribute links to content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, fraudulent, or that violates the rights of any third party.
- You agree not to use the Services for phishing, malware distribution, spamming, or any activity intended to deceive or harm end users who click on your Smart Links.
- OpeninApp reserves the right to disable, suspend, or delete any link or Account that it believes, in its sole discretion, violates this Agreement or applicable law, and to terminate the Account of any User who does not comply, without prior notice.
Third Party Content
- Third party content and materials may appear on the Platform or may be accessible via hyperlinks from the Platform, including links created by other Users. We are not responsible for and assume no liability whatsoever for any mistakes, misstatements of law, defamation, omissions, falsehood, obscenity, pornography or profanity in the statements, opinions, representations or any other form of content and materials appearing on the Platform or accessible via hyperlinks from the Platform.
Intellectual Property
- The Platform, including its look and feel, software, and underlying technology, is owned by OpeninApp and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
- You retain ownership of the content you upload or link to through the Services, and you grant OpeninApp a license to host, store, and display that content solely to provide the Services to you.
Communications
- You hereby expressly agree to receive communications by way of SMS, e-mails, mobile app and browser notifications, and any other messages from time to time from OpeninApp relating to Services provided through the Website.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Services are provided on an and basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

- For the avoidance of doubt, we will not have liability to you or any other person in respect of material contributed by Members, or any activity or communication relating to such material.
Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise out of or in connection with any breach of this Agreement by you or through your Account.
Termination
- You may stop using the Services and close your Account at any time. OpeninApp may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of this Agreement.
Assignment
- We reserve the right to assign this Agreement, and to assign or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under this Agreement, but will not do so in such a way as to reduce any guarantees you are given under this Agreement. You may not, without our written consent, assign or dispose of this Agreement, nor subcontract any of your rights and obligations under it.
Entire Agreement
- This Agreement is intended to contain your entire agreement with us relating to the Service; we believe it to be fair and reasonable. It replaces all earlier agreements and understandings with you relating to the Service, except for any fraud or fraudulent representation by either of us.
Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to change this Agreement from time to time, and post the new version on the Service. When we do so, the new version of these terms and conditions will take effect and will govern the Service and your relationship with us:
